How to use
Having at hand a 700-850 W Polaris hand blender with main nozzles, you can cook almost any dish.
- To prepare tomato puree from 400 g of tomatoes, it will take from 1 to 2 minutes to work with a regular foot. The time depends on what consistency you need to get.
- Using a standard leg and a measuring cup, an excellent homemade classic mayonnaise is prepared in 5 minutes. A nozzle for mayonnaise is optional.
- Minced meat from 250 g of pork will be ready in the mill after 30 seconds in 5 modes of operation. In this case, one should not expect that the consistency will be homogeneous. The larger particles and veins will remain.
- Onions are chopped into small pieces in a mill for 15 seconds at medium speed.
- The liver paste from the finished liver with onions and carrots is whipped into a homogeneous mass in a turbo mill for 1 minute.
- Egg whites with a whisk and a measuring cup beat until sharp peaks for one and a half minutes at maximum power.
Equipment
Corolla. The Polaris blender nozzle is used only for whipping liquids: creams, batter pancakes, smoothies and eggs with sugar. They cannot knock down a thick dough, because the whisk itself is made of metal wire, it bends, slips in the nest. Nozzle does not break lumps.
The hook is suitable for whipping any type of dough, including heavy shortbread or yeast. With sufficient power, the blender is an excellent alternative to kneading the dough with your hands.
The nozzle for mashed potatoes is a plastic leg with plastic blunt blades. Over the entire surface of the dome of the foot there are openings for potatoes. Do not beat mashed potatoes with metal knives; it turns into rubber.
Accessories
Miller. Polaris grinders are used both for grinding coffee and nuts, as well as for minced meat. It all depends on the size of the chopper bowl. It is better to look after models with a capacity of 0.5 liters or more, in addition to mincemeat, you can easily grind onions and carrots into soup. The inconvenience of this accessory is due to the fact that the contents are not uniformly washed. The bowl for the mill is made of durable plastic with a thickness of at least 0.5 cm.
Glass for whipping mashed potatoes. Comes with almost any blender. It is used for whipping cottage cheese, eggs, cocktails and other products. Provides complete immersion of the leg or whisk, which allows better mixing of the contents
